AV Tremissis, 1.40g. 14mm. Toulouse mint (?) , in the name of Libius Severus, c. 461-470 A.D. D N SEVERVS P F AVG. Diademed, draped, and cuirassed bust of Libius Severus to right. Rv. VICTORIA AVGGG; COMOB in exergue. Victory standing to left holding jeweled cross. RIC 3761( R 4). Depeyrot, p. 140,5 and plate 7,5 var. small scratch behind head. This issue has a unique barbaric reverse instead of the imperial cross within wreath; nicely toned and excellent strike.
