Laureate bust of Licinius to left in consular attire; he wear cuirass and holds a mappa in his right hand and a scepter over his left shoulder.  Rev. PROVIDENTIAE CAESS; MHT "delta"' in exergue.  Camp gate.  RIC 19; hairline flan crack at 11:00 obv.
