AE Follis, 7.75g. 30x21mm.  Syracuse mint, 654-659 A.D.  Constans(on left) and Constantine IV standing and facing.  Rev. Large M; monogram above; SCL below.  DOC 180.  MIB 209. Sear 1109.  This coin is overstruck on DOC 178, a single portrait of Constans,  with the reverse of DOC 180 struck over the obverse of DOC 178.  Dark green and brown patina.
