AR Denarius, 3.20g. 18mm. Rome, 130-138 A.D. HADRIANVS AVG COS III P P. Laureate head of Hadrian to right. Rev. RESTITVTORI GALLIAE. Hadrian on left wearing toga and extending his hand to the kneeling Gallia. RIC II.3 1573v. BMC 880v. Exceptional quality for this scarce issue and with a particularly clear head of Hadrian on the reverse which is struck in high relief.
