Fortuna (Fortune)

Fortuna's most common attributes are a rudder on a globe, which signifies safe journeys and returns, and a cornucopia. She has also been depicted with a scepter and wreath, globe and olive branch, patera (round, shallow dish) and caduceus (staff of Mercury or a herald, a symbol of commerce), bridle, flower, ears of grain, and palm. A wheel may also be shown beside her.
