AE 23, 6.64g. Laureate head of Domitian to right. Rev. Hygeia standing to right holding serpent and branch; star in field to left. RPC II, 1763. SNG Levante 1600. Ziegler 1324. A couple minor scrapes on obv.  Brown patina.

AE Diobol, 7.41g. 24mm. Dated year 3=  84/85 A.D.  Laureate head of Domitian to right.  Rev. Draped bust of Alexandria to right wearing elephant skin headdress.   Köln 334. RPC 2491. Dattari(Savio) 465.  Green and brown patina.  Virtually as struck and an amazing untouched Alexandrian bronze.

AR Denarius, 3.53g.  18mm.  Rome, 79 A.D. struck as Caesar under Vespasian.  CAESAR AVG F DOMITIANVS COS VI.  Laureate head of Domitian to right.  Rev. PRINCEPS IVVENTVTIS.   Salus leaning on column to right and feeding a snake from a patera.  RIC 1084(Vespasian).   BMC 265.  BN 237.  Exceptionally sharp portrait and lovely multi-hued toning with underlying luster.

AR Denarius, 3.53g. 19mm.  Rome, 85 A.D.  IMP CAES DOMITIANVS AVG GERMANIC.  Laureate head of Domitian to right.  Rev.  TR POT IIII IMP VIII COS XI P P. Eagle facing with spread wings standing on a thunderbolt. RIC 270(R2).  BMC 75.  Fine style portrait and with wonderful old cabinet toning.  This very rare issue copies the reverse of an earlier undated issue from 82-83 A.D. (RIC 144). The obverse legend includes the title GERMANIC for the first time.

IMP VIIII COS XI CENS POT P P.   Helmeted Minerva standing to left holding spear.  RIC 345(R2).  Rare issue with a statuesque Minerva and the addition of the Censor title. Fine style dies and lovely old cabinet toning.
